Kelli has been with Wise Wonders before it even had a name. Kelli loves that Wise Wonders is a place to celebrate children through engagement, curiosity and trial and error when exploring science related concepts. “I love that parents, grandparents, and other caregivers have a meeting place to take children for an indoor, educational environment.” When not at the Museum, Kelli loves to read, cook, train and compete in triathlons, visit museums, travel, and spend time with her family.
Leah has been with the museum since February of 2016. She loves the interaction with children and being able to use her education background: "I love all the ah-ha moments that kids have at the museum." Leah lives in Laurel with her husband and son. She enjoys singing, writing poetry and reading in her spare time.
Katie is a zookeeper; she loves teaching kiddos of all ages about nature, animals and science! Katie loves Wise Wonders for being such a great place for kids to play and learn, and she is super excited to be a part of this awesome place and meet all the people who come here. When Katie isn't taking care of the zoo animals or teaching kids, she likes to hike, read, bake, and crochet!
